Sarah's is a Place of hope and compassion, where we don't believe your past determines your future. Tennessee has a 47.1% three-year recidivism rate, our goal is to make sure the women of Sarah's Place are not included in that number. Through our transitional housing, employment assistance, various forms of counseling, and other re-entry programs we help previously incarcerated women become productive members of the community. There is life after incarceration, we want to help you live your BEST life!

Our Mission: The mission of Sarah’s Place is to facilitate and advocate for restorative justice of women recently released from incarceration., by teaching and utilizing biblical principles for life, goal setting, clean and sober living, career development, and becoming tax-paying productive citizens.
Our Vision: The vision of Sarah’s Place is to restore to full productivity and personal growth a minimum of 25 women over a period of five years, at the rate of 5 women annually.

The idea for our Women Empowerment Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Sarah's Place.
